With this issue we recommend first unplugging the Arc Hub from the laptop, then unplugging the USB-C cable from the Arc Hub. Once all has been unplugged, restart your computer. Then plug back everything back in, in this order:
1. USB-C Cable to Arc Hub
2. USB-C Cable to Computer
3. Any peripherals attached that was attached to the USB 3.0 or SD Card ports.
