8" USB-C Cable is Lost or is Not Working

Unfortunately the 8" inch USB-C cable is not covered by warranty and thus cannot be replaced. If the cable no longer works or you have lost it, we recommend purchasing a 1m USB-C cable from our store. This is not only the safest, but the most likely to work seamlessly with Arc Hub as it delivers both power and data at 85W.

If you do decide to use a 3rd party cable, the following criteria must be met in order for it to work with Arc Hub:

  1. Must deliver both power and data.
  2. Must be able to handle 85W.

If a 3rd party cable does not meet both of those requirements, it will not work sufficiently with Arc Hub.
